A founder’s copy review, on demand for 12,000 members.
An online academy for coaches turned its co-founder’s copy review checklist into an on-demand tool for every member, live nine days after the first message.
What it was. What it is now.
- Every member’s copy reviewed by hand against the founder’s checklist
- Members waited days for feedback, or never got it
- Feedback quality depended on who happened to review it
- Only the founders could apply the checklist’s latest version
- Any member runs the checklist on any copy, any time
- Instant feedback plus a rewritten version, inside the community
- The same checklist, applied the same way, every time
- The founder updates the checklist directly, no developer needed
Every coach in the Energetic Alignment Academy writes marketing: emails, sales pages, social posts. Most aren’t copywriters, and the Academy couldn’t give 12,000 members one-to-one feedback on their copy.
Co-founder Gabriel Omat had built his own copy review checklist — the method the Academy judged marketing copy against. Applying it meant a person reviewing each piece by hand. He wanted every member to be able to run their copy through it themselves, on demand, inside the community they already used.
Nine days, first message to live.
Levelfeed answered Gabriel’s post in an AI builders’ community and was on a call the same day. A working prototype followed the next day. Nine days after that first message, the tool was live inside the Academy’s Discord.
Three weeks in, Gabriel showed it to his business partner:
“I think it’s working pretty well!”

A scarce, founder-delivered service had become a benefit every one of 12,000+ members could use daily.
What we found first
We looked at what members came to the community for, and what the founders were doing by hand to deliver it.
| What we found | What it cost | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| Members’ marketing copy reviewed by hand against the founder’s checklist (persuasiveness, tone, structure, clarity, call to action) | Est. 20–30 minutes per review, done by the founders and senior coaches | Automated: the checklist became an on-demand tool — any member runs it on any copy, any time |
| Demand for reviews far outstripped the people available to do them | Members waited days for feedback, or never got it | Automated: instant feedback plus a rewritten version, inside the community |
| Feedback quality depended on who happened to review | Inconsistent advice, and a diluted checklist | Automated: the same checklist, applied the same way, every time |
| The checklist evolved, but only the founders could apply the latest version | The method couldn’t improve without a developer | Automated: the founder updates the checklist directly — we showed the team how |
| New members welcomed and oriented by hand | Onboarding effort grows with every new member | Parked: flagged for later |
Estimates are the working figures we used to rank the list, not numbers reported by the client.

Feedback only you can give, and never enough hours to give it?
Thirty minutes with the founder. You’ll leave knowing where the hours go, and whether an audit makes sense.
